This is nothing related to art or anything, but you know one thing I hate about the way people think is how people think that Asians who wear makeup ... are trying to look like white people LOL. No one has told me that personally before, but I see a lot of comments on videos or pictures of Asians wearing makeup being criticized for trying to look like white people 8U

First of all.. there ARE Asians who go to the extent of having plastic surgery to have big eyes and they color their hair to lighter shades. Okay. These are called BEAUTY STANDARDS JUST LIKE EVERY OTHER CULTURE HAS;; Would I personally ever get plastic surgery? No. = u = but I do color my hair every year, so am I trying to be a white person? LOL YES Just like EVERYONE else in the world, everyone sees being pretty or beautiful in different ways with certain features more desirable than others... BUT APPARENTLY IF ASIANS WANT TO LOOK PRETTY AND ENHANCE CERTAIN FEATURES IT MEANS THEY'RE TRYING TO LOOK WHITE LOL. 8'D

If Asians put makeup on, and it gives them bigger eyes, and they color their hair and make it lighter, IT OBVIOUSLY MEANS THEY'RE TRYING TO BE A WHITE PERSON OR SOMETHING RIGHT? SO ... OBVIOUSLY. WHITE PEOPLE WHO DYE THEIR HAIR BLACK AND GO TO TANNING SALONS ARE TRYING TO BE BLACK OR MEXICAN!!!!!111 8'D THAT MUST EXPLAIN THE MYSTERIES OF THE WORLD!!!!!111!!!11122!!!!!!

So overall :U I don't care a lot when people are like ohh asians have small eyes, penises, -insert other stereotypical comments-, but I hatteeee it when we are constantly being criticized for trying to be another culture as if we're forgetting our own >8U And it's funny because I just saw an episode of drawn together regarding this lolllllz.
